Nametag request
The Nametag is a required part of your uniform. Remember that guests will be looking at your name a lot, and it is important that they know who you are in the Reservation System.

Enter your information as it will appear on your name tag.
Please make sure everything is SPELLED correctly!
If you regularly go by a nickname that is not simply a shortened version of your name, please place it in "Quotes" after your first name (this will place it between your First and Last Name).
We reserve the right to remove nicknames that are not appropriate.
Nametags take a little while to get printed: if you don’t have one with your name, stop by the Ski School Admin office in your locker room to get a temp made.
