New digital media

New Release of My EPIC App means you can use your phone app as a lift pass! When you sign into the app, a new “digital” pass number will be assigned to you. When this digital pass number is active, it will be your log into instructor.snow.com.

If you had the EPIC MIX app, you may have automatically been assigned a new digital pass number in the MY EPIC app.

This new pass number will be used to view your schedule on instructor.snow.com

During the season, ticket scanning will have the ability to change which pass is active depending on what pass you are carrying that day. Be prepared to use your ACTIVE pass number to log in to see your schedule. This will also apply for your food and beverage discounts.

Use of the Digital Media is not required. You may still have a traditional Hard Card Media Pass as your active media. You may chose to not use the digital pass by turning off your bluetooth option in the app or on your phone. If your digital pass is active, and you want to activate your Hard Card pass number, you must go to a ticket scanner.

This a new process for all. Please be patient with us and appreciative of the ticket scanners helping us.

Step 1: download the app.

Step 2:

• log in with username and password from Epic mix.

• or register a new account.

• You may need to link your old pass.

step 3:

• Click on see pass

• Use the pass number shown in instructor.snow.com

cant sign into your schedule?

1. Use your most recently activated pass.

2. You may need to use your electronic pass number from the EPIC PASS app.

3. Whatever pass is active will be your login to instructor.snow.com.
