Our Ski and Snowboard School is uniquely situated to connect with our guests on a deeper and more personal level. We assist our guests to have the best time, creating an experience to match their goals and the goals of their family. We build connections with our guests, our community, our sport, and the mountains that last a lifetime.

Performance recognition through GX, Leadership Observations, On the Spot, Guest conversations & comment cards throughout season.  - 1-5 Increase Score by 1 point

We utilize and share our training, procedures, knowledge and daily communications with our team members and guests, while keeping safety in mind with every decision we make. Reporting and risk assessment is a shared responsibility to keep our safety information relevant to our roles and the changing conditions of the season.

Ready to Ride
Your Pre-Work Checklist
Before working, your equipment must have a 2025/26 sticker. Each item must be Reported as Complete to be issued the Ready to Ride Sticker
Kickoff Attendance  
- KO covered physical and mental readiness (active warm-up/ employee readiness) 
- KO covered department specific routes signed off and demonstrated 
LIFT Training -
- Note: Report TIME for PAY using ProConnect Tools 
- These are not ALL of the required trainings, but the two that are required for Ready to Ride 
Equipment Inspection & Helmet Inspection
- Must be completed BEFORE your first day of work 
- Before working, your equipment must have a 2025/26 sticker 
- Inspection will include your HELMET - Employees may request to be issued a new helmet every 3 years - details to come 
 
- Existing Equipment - with last year’s sticker - get your equipment checked by your supervisor 
- New SKI Equipment - Canyons and Legacy Sports shops will complete your inspection: Pick up a voucher tonight or from your supervisor - Legacy Sports and Canyon Mountain Sports open starting Nov 1st 
 
- Your supervisor will have the QR code for you to Update your Checklist

- Ski Utah - 4 week Adult Program Monday PM at MV (same dates as YSA 4 week program) 
- 4 week Kids, 1 School Specific per base area 
 
- FATTS Friday All Terrain Ski or Snowboard Program - Multi-week, Mountain Village 6 full days 
 
- Intro to All Mountain Adult AM Group Lesson - Daily AM only Ski and Snowboard

Training sign up will be available on parkcityssbs.com
- Rehire signup is available at Rehire Sign Up — Park City Ski & Snowboard School 
- Elective signup will be available on parkcityssbs.com starting November 20th - Sign up page is password protected. - Password - $noW2526 (Same as Instructor.snow.com) 
 
- Clinics will open on a rolling start 5 weeks in the future. 
- Please create an account through the portal to help you keep track of your clinics. Use your personal email address to sign up.
