All gear must be inspected.
From your first day on snow you have 30 days to get your gear inspected. Once a piece of equipment has passed inspection, you will receive a verification sticker for it.

Visual inspections will be done by your manager or the sup team they will be looking for:
Broken/cracked skis, snowboards
Damaged bindings
Edges pulling free or excessively worn
Missing screws, bolts, AFD’s
Core shots affecting the performance of the equipment.
Boots - excessive wear on the sole / correct type of sole for the binding (alpine.)
Snowboard bindings - no missing, damaged or cracked parts. All hardware works as intended.
Ski specific
All skis not previously inspected are required to undergo the industry standard functionality test.
Each employee will be given 2 vouchers from your sup team for a free test at our shop.
for newly mounted skis, you may provide a shop ticket from a third-party shop for proof of test.
A new test needs to be preformed whenever a piece of equipment changes.
Note* Time spent obtaining the inspection required is working time and must be promptly and accurately recorded.
