Winter 2025/2026

Overview: The purpose of the 4 Resort Exchange program is to provide reciprocal ski/ride privileges to the staff at Deer Valley Resort, Solitude Mountain Resort, Brighton and Park City Resort.

Employees can start requesting vouchers on Monday, January 19th

Program Dates: Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 - Friday, April 10, 2026
(*Monday - Friday only)

Black Out Dates: February 12-20 and March 9-20

The purpose of the 4 Resort Exchange program is to provide reciprocal ski/ride privileges to the staff at Deer Valley Resort, Solitude Mountain Resort, Brighton and Park City Resort. These vouchers are for use by active staff only, not friends or family. (*Temporary Staff and Holiday Help do not qualify for this benefit.)

How to Request + Pick Up a 4 Resort Voucher

• Employees must place the request in Epic Employee:
  Location > Park City > Local Perks
  *This is an unordered list

• Coupons can be picked up a week in advance from the Guest Service Desk.
  - Mountain Village: Main Floor - Legacy Lodge
  - Canyons Village: Ski School Sales Office next to Day Lodge

• Employees must show up (with employee ID) between the hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm to pick up pass.
  *Managers can pick up coupon for employees unable to make it within these operating hours.

Guidelines

• All resort vouchers are valid Monday – Friday ONLY

• Brighton coupons are good for night riding Monday - Thursday
  (*Brighton is limiting to 1 voucher per employee this season, 4 coupons available daily, 2 per village) 

• Full time staff are eligible for 2 coupons per week (not for the same resort), up to 16 coupons per season

• Part time staff are eligible for 1 coupon per week, up to 8 coupons per season

• On-call staff are eligible for 1 coupon per week, up to 3 coupons per season
